A 34-year-old man suffered intermittent abdominal pain for 1 month, especially after drinking or eating. Enhancement CT was performed to determine the cause, which detected a soft tissue mass in the gastric antrum, suggestive of possible malignancy. FDG PET/CT scan was undertaken for staging, which showed increased metabolism in the known gastric mass, also suggestive of malignancy. However, this lesion was confirmed as ectopic pancreatitis pathologically. Copyright © 2021 Wolters Kluwer Health, Inc. All rights reserved.
