To illustrate the usefulness of Ultra Wide Field Angiography in the diagnosis of aneurysmal retinal telangiectasia based on the findings of a patient attending The Instituto de Microcirugia Ocular (IMO) in Barcelona, Spain. Case Report. We are reporting the case of a 51-year-old man with a 5-year history of decrease vision in his right eye associated with metamorphopsia. A wide field fluorescein angiography was obtained, exhibiting the presence of aneurysmal abnormalities within the juxtafoveal region and also in the temporal midperiphery. We believe our patient may exhibit some of the features corresponding to type I telangiectasia. Ultra Wide Field angiography was a useful tool in the diagnosis.
