Cholangiocarcinoma complicating recurrent primary sclerosing cholangitis after liver transplantation.

De novo cholangiocarcinoma associated with recurrent primary sclerosing cholangitis in the transplanted liver is rare. This case report reviews the literature and highlights the need to consider cholangiocarcinoma in transplanted patients with PSC that clinically/biochemically deteriorate. © 2011 The Authors.
