In this case report, we present maxillary Pseudomonas aeruginosa sinusitis in an immunocompetent patient who underwent an autologous bone transplant for the insertion of dental implants. The infection was eradicated after removal of the dental implants and long-term antibiotic therapy. Despite the infection resolution, severe complications were observed with important legal consequences.
