We present an 11-year-old boy with livedo reticularis (LR) secondary to amantadine treatment for his attention deficit hyperactivity disorder (ADHD). We are unaware of previous reports of amantadine-induced LR associated with treatment for ADHD in the pediatric population. © 2011 Wiley Periodicals, Inc.
