Primary focal hyperhidrosis is a difficult problem for adults, children, and adolescents, causing significant impairment in quality of life. Onabotulinum toxin A injection is an effective third-line treatment for primary focal hyperhidrosis. Here we describe a technique to ensure adequate depth of botulinum toxin placement in the dermis using suture boots as an aid for injection. © 2012 Wiley Periodicals, Inc.
