A desmoid tumour is a type of benign fibromatosis arising from musculoaponeurotic structures. It is clinicopathologically classified into two subtypes, intra- and extra-abdominal, and is mainly developed in the abdomen. Here, this report aims to describe a rare case of a desmoid tumour developed in the trapezius muscle presenting neck swelling.
