Vascular and endovascular surgery 2013 AprThe ruptured hypogastric artery aneurysm (RHAA) is a rare clinical entity with an evolving and dynamic therapeutic armamentarium. We present an illustrative case and contemporary review of the literature with respect to RHAA.
