Urology 2013 AprPelvic fractures are commonly associated with urethral disruption; however, urethral injury from the repair of these fractures is rarely reported. We report a case of urethral injury from orthopedic screw insertion presenting 3 months postoperatively and effectively managed with removal of the screw and temporary Foley catheterization.
