Wilms tumor (nephroblastoma) is a readily diagnosed common abdominal tumor in children. Rarely, it may present with factors that may confound the diagnosis. We report a 6-year-old female child who presented with a rapidly growing and invasive abdominal mass with the histopathologic features of Wilms tumor associated with an elevated serum beta human chorionic gonadotropin, which has not been previously reported in this condition. © 2016 Wiley Periodicals, Inc.
