Treatment with monoclonal antibodies, especially rituximab, is more and more frequent and questions the interest of radiotherapy in limited stages of diffuse B-cell large cell and follicular non-Hodgkin's lymphomas. From a review of literature, it appears that radiotherapy is of interest in bulky disease, patients with incomplete metabolic response, elderly patients receiving short chemotherapy and those with recurrence after exclusive chemotherapy.
