Shoulder arthritis due to rheumatoid arthritis is effecting 50% of the patients, but the treatment indications still carry contraversies. The literature had shown that with the optimal selection of indications, patients' morbidity can be improved. In this review, treatment modalites are widely discussed according to the patients' demand, functional status and correct order of treatments.
