The Journal of pediatrics 2020 SepCurrent screening guidelines in North America for celiac disease recommend additional IgG based testing for younger children. Our multicenter retrospective study showed that the anti-tissue transglutaminase IgA antibody test should be the recommended initial test in all children, including those ≤24 months of age.
