Bupropion is an effective treatment for major depressive disorder and smoking cessation. In this paper, we present a case report about dystonia in the head and the neck after epileptic seizures due to 4200 mg of extended-release bupropion intake, and we aim to take attention to the rare neuropsychiatric side effects that may occur after the use of high doses of bupropion. © 2021.
