We report the case of a 56-year-old man who presented with a 1-month history of recurrent right-sided epistaxis. Nasal endoscopy revealed a mass in the right nasal cavity, and CT scans showed a nasal space-occupying lesion. 68Ga-FAPI PET/CT demonstrated a high FAPI uptake of the mass in the right nasal cavity. Biopsy revealed a malignant melanoma. Copyright © 2021 Wolters Kluwer Health, Inc. All rights reserved.
