The case of a 32 years old male patient has been reported. Following the traumatic amputation of his right big toe, a successful replantation was performed. The circulation of the toe was supported by microvascular anastomosis and the continuance of the artery was restored with invagination technic. After 1 year the big toe did not produce any alterations of circulatory disorders.
